Kinder's Kombat-Gear (design reference)

Scout needed some help designing a reference for his character's combat gear, and I was happy to oblige. This image is meant to be a hastily assembled costume reference for Kinder's custom-fitted, low-tech, high-efficiency body-armor. With the power of pockets, utility belts and military surplus incorporated into the ensemble of leather, steel and ballistic glass he excels in improvised reconnaissance. The seemingly empty holster at his side houses his own hammerspace arsenal, and is the highest-tech item he carries. Kinder himself is an anthro-seeming, extra-dimensional, solid-metal, humanoid, and has quite a few scars (that I didn't draw) in spite of his species' sturdy composition. This has led him to stock the many pouches and pockets in his gear with a variety of substances, weapons and devices. The color bar was copied directly from one of the reference pics he provided. The outfit was made for him and uses steel bars and chainmail integrated with worn leather and a visored, tan combat helmet. On his feet are slots for tiny kunai that fly out when Kinder kicks a certain way. The sarong was inspired by Clint Eastwood.
